Hello, I’m Claire and I am an Online Solution Focussed hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing teacher. I am based in South Wales but I provide hypnotherapy online to people all across the country.

I help people from all walks of life, break free from the cycle of negative thinking and limiting believes that can hold them back, so they are free to achieve all they want to achieve and be the person they want to be.

Life can be hard, juggling work, family, social activities and finances. It is easy for the stresses and strains of life to get on top of us and our thoughts become occupied by overthinking and worrying.

You’ll be able to enjoy the sessions (mask free) from your favourite chair or cosy bed, in your comfy slippers or even your dressing gown ( I don’t mind!) ) and when you are so beautifully relaxed at the end of the session you don’t even have to go anywhere.
