Learning TRE can benefit everybody, whether we have experienced big T trauma or ‘just’ the day-to-day stresses of life.

On top of that I am a Jikiden Reiki practitioner and I facilitate Laughter Yoga classes.
But TRE tops it all as I can empower my clients to help themselves and show them how tremendous their bodies are.
