My name is Solange and you can call me Sol.
My journey in complementary therapies started like you, looking for a more natural way of self-care and I found the Bach Flowers to be my first contact.
I fell in love with the flower essences and how the energy of the flowers subtly led me to better understand my moment, my emotions, and my way of thinking.
After a few years I found Reiki therapy and from client I became a teacher after a few years of studies.
I trained in the Western Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki since 1999, working with three different teachers over a period of 3 years to attain master teacher/level 3-Shipinden in 2002.
As I considered myself an eternal student, Reiki guided me through the years until I found myself a yearning to go back, as far as possible, to the original foundations of Reiki and sought out the tradition Usui Teate Reiki system and Jikiden Reiki, here in the UK.
The time flies and now it is 20 years of experience.
Today, I work as a Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, Flower essence practitioner working with Florais de Saint Germain (UK Ambassador) and Bach Flower, as well as the use of body language technique (as our body speaks our mind) with the use of essential oils, a technique developed by a Brazilian practitioner and teacher Andrea Darco, called Psycho-Aromatherapy as I am now UK Ambassador as well.

2 months agoI have recently completed my level 2 Reiki. It was a wonderful day of learning, meditating and spirituality. Sol is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge amd understanding to share. The meditation was intense at times and I left feeling an awakening that I can't wait to build on. I can't thank Sol enough for all of her care and support, you are an inspiration Sol and I hope I get to meditate and learn with you again in the future xxx

5 months agoSolange is an inspirational person who has opened up a part of me I knew was there but kept the door closed and I am forever grateful for this. The 2 3 hr sessions for level 1 Reiki passed so quickly as I was enthralled with Sol's knowledge and delivery. I felt so calm and at ease I could've stayed all day!!!! I know I will be back for more training. Thank you Sol, you are truly amazing xxx
