Hi, my name is Sarah and I offer hypnotherapy and walk-and-talk therapy in the beautiful surroundings of Great Malvern. I specialise in helping you to manage self-esteem, anxiety, stress, low mood, and relationship issues, but am experienced in using therapy for a wide range of subjects, such as weight loss, stopping smoking, and insomnia to name a few.
I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling Society as well as the Complementary Medical Association and am licensed and insured to practice.
I have over 20 years of industry experience and offer bespoke therapy services by working with you to design a therapeutic package to help you achieve your goals. Hypnotherapy is a scientifically proven way to alter maladaptive thought processes in order to achieve the goals you set yourself and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to explore these goals in a friendly and relaxed way. I combine these sessions with different types of therapy (pluralistic therapist), mindfulness practices, and the inclusion of nature (if that’s your thing).
