Kate is lovely! She did some reflexology treatments on me when trying to conceive, whilst pregnant, and I’ve luckily been able to visit her postpartum too and look forward to when I next can! Her Facial Reflexology treatment always sends me to sleep!

I had an Indian Head Massage at Navitas a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! It was one of the best IHM's I have ever had. I felt so relaxed for a few days after and the pressure was perfect. The setting is gorgeous and also Kate is really lovely and easy to talk to so the massage wasn't boring. I would recommend and would like to go back again

Katie really made an effort to get me in as one of her last appointments of the day. I was in dire need of a reflexology treatment as I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis quite badly recently. Unfortunately, It seems to be an almost forgotten, dying breed for the high street masseuse's that tend to just highly focus on body treatments. I found Katie from looking online for a local practitioner and I wasn't disappointed. Went above and beyond to meet my needs and support me and I almost instantly felt better and relieved after my treatment. Thanks again for all your efforts and hard work Katie, it's really appreciated. And I can't wait to get booked back in and stay on top of my feet and lower legs.

I've just spent a few days on the Japanese Reiki course. It has been a life changing and beautiful experience. I will take it into my daily life and enjoy the peace, calm and sheer joy it has given me. I hope to practice on my friends and family too . Jenny is an intuitive , highly insightful practitioner and understanding trainer. I sincerely recommend this course for everyone.
