Amazing, positive experience today at this wonderful walk in clinic. Receptionist was ask friendly, helpful and welcoming. Waited 15 mins,so Was thoroughly checked by an absolutely lovely warm and reassuring nurse named Karen who did a very thorough examination of my condition. Prescribed antibiotics and paid £9.99 to the pharmacy. Excellent service and nursing /admin staff - im extremely grateful for them all.Save the NHS!!

Really bad experience. I took my baby there because she had breathing problems but they said that they don't treat babies. Why couldn't they have said that before we had to wait? I have also been there before a few times and the waiting time then was extremely long and they didn't even check the actual problem I had. Basically, if your bones aren't hanging off of your body, they'll just send you home.

Problem solved but needed a second text to provide details. I am trying to cancel an appointment for 5.45pm on Tuesday 2 April. There seems to be no way of doing this which is very disappointing and makes a mockery of NHS complaints about no shows. Hopefully someone at the hospital will see this and register the cancellation.

Disappointing service, was sent there by my GP for the first time. If you are 10min late you might as well go home. They won’t see you no matter if you have asthma and carry all inhalers and steroids and are really sick. The Nurse seemed not motivated to be working there.I requested a blood test because of repeated infections but wasn’t given. Was told to go back to my GP for any other requests. Useless HUB.

I was treated by one of the nurses named Craig, i had a bad knee injury as i fell off the stairs. He was knowledgeable, very patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you so much Criag!!
