I am an an experienced and professional Integrated NLP Hypnotherapist, a NHS Trained Health & Wellbeing Coach, and a Colournostics Coach (Colour psychology and NLP), with over 2o years’ experience of working with clients on a range of emotional issues, empowering you to take back control. I am an Anxiety and Weight loss specialist working predominantly with women and young adults age 14+. Using an integrated approach of effective therapeutic interventions to enable my clients to make the changes they desire to over come anxiety, deal with weight issues, manage stress and to build confidence. As a former teacher, I can also teach you a range of effective strategies that will equip you to manage and lead yourself through the challenges that life often brings, this is the difference that makes the difference as this empowers you to have the tools beyond our therapeutic work together to manage life moving forward. Unlike most other Hypnotherapists, I work with you as an individual in a bespoke way, which is tailored directly to empower you to deal with your specific issues. I am also a GHR Acknowledged Supervisor for other Hypnotherapists using my wealth of clinical experience to develop the skills of other practitioners ensuring that they provide the best service to their clients.
