Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours combine to help us make sense of the world and how we operate within it. Most of the time things are going well and the juggling we do to keep things ticking over is hardly noticeable. But, sometimes things get a bit out of kilter. We lose the edge, our worries about one thing spill over into relationships or work, we start to ignore aspects of our lives and take less care of our health. Physical symptoms restrict our lives, we fly off the handle, constantly feel angry, put things off, can’t make decisions, feel out of control, feel inadequate or undeserving. Most of us can relate to one or more of these things at some point in our life. After all, that is life. Full of ups and downs. But, sometimes, these issues seem to be going on too long, creating bigger problems, becoming more noticeable to other people, stopping you moving on or progressing. And, it doesn’t matter what age you are, children, young people, new parents, mid career, coming up to or well into retirement. Anyone can be in this place.
At this stage it might be time to look for help and support. Cognitive hypnotherapy can help you in all areas of your life. So if you think you have problems related to any of these areas please get in touch. It’s not always an easy step to take but it is simple. Call or email for a free conversation to help you take that next step.
