About
I offer consultations for homeopathic treatment as part of Monmouth Natural Health Centre and Hereford Centre for Natural Health, as well as online sessions.
I have been in practice since I qualified in 1995 and have since broadened and extended my practice tools to include homeobotanical remedies and flower essences. I use these to support you to regain and maintain your best state of health, whatever that means for you.
I love to support women and children going through times of transition. These could include recognisable rites of passage including hormonal thresholds and changes as well as other aspects of change that life can throw up for us, often involving shock, loss and grief. These can upset our sense of balance causing stress allowing states of ill health to arise as a result.
Please contact me for a free exploratory call; finding the right person to work with is important.
Specialities
I offer a Saturday morning clinic for children in Hereford, a space away from weekday school time where you can seek treatment for your child for a range of physical and emotional issues. Common issues that I see in children are allergies, on going chronic patterns like asthma or respiratory problems, recurrent infections like sore throats, ear problems and colds, behaviour problems, sleep difficulties, developmental problems, school bullying amongst others.

4 months agoWe enjoyed a wonderful event for 70 people for local charity, Monmouth Aid at The Bridges; it's a stunning place and the chef provided a really delicious, top quality meal. The staff were friendly and professional. A real gem of a venue in the town. Thank you!

a year agoFantastic place. The most friendly and welcoming staff. The front entrance and old ballroom are beautiful. The staff here can't do enough for you. Plenty of room for wedding reception and parties. Bar area quite small. Plenty of parking. Look out for the lovely wooden sculpture outside.
