And it is important to me that you are able to help yourself, so I will offer you take-home tools that will empower you in everyday life.
I am having amazing success transforming lives using all of my skills, experience, warmth and creativity.
A little about me: With a background in devising abuse prevention and recovery programmes, education, business, therapeutic mindfulness and teaching meditation, my fascination with the mind lead me to study Psychology and Sociology at SouthBank University as a mature student. Whilst in the last decade Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Personal Development, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy have been my passion and focus.
My own life experiences of overcoming abusive relationships, fears, drug addiction, issues with food, depression, bereavement, anxiety and women’s health, have also given me great insight and understanding of the mind, suffering and recovery. Especially how we can become stuck in cycles of suffering, whilst the road to recovery can be accessed if we just reach out. I believe this helps me to be a better, more empathetic therapist with the deepest respect for you, and whatever you bring into the room.
