Been seeing Caroline for reflexology since 36 weeks pregnant and have found the sessions a great way to feel more balanced, they have really helped towards the end of my pregnancy to get things moving and dilating but more than that they are an hour of relaxation and time for you looking out over the beautiful valley from Caroline’s studio whilst she does her magic. Caroline is a great person to talk to about what’s on your mind and offers holistic advice on how to support yourself beyond reflexology through lifestyle or herbal recommendations. Highly recommend.

I have been receiving Facial Energy Release (FER)treatment from Caroline. Initially, this was a perfect complementary therapy to help me through all the rigours of cancer treatment. I have since continued to have sessions but less frequently as they do make a difference to how I manage life. Caroline provides a comfortable environment - her treatment room has glorious views across the valley and she is easy and relaxed in her manner with me. She is clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable and therefore able to practise this specialised approach. The treatment itself is a full mind/body experience. The face can carry so much tension that having someone work through the fascia and all the many small muscles has a profound effect. I leave feeling deeply relaxed and with a face that looks ten years younger!

I felt amazing and very happy after my first reflexology session with Caroline. I went to see her at 39 weeks, second pregnancy, and I’ve had immediately the show, strongly believing the session triggered my body to start labour. I highly recommended and will definitely be returning to her service.

I’ve been seeing Caroline through out my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with pelvic girdle pain and after a few sessions of reflexology my hips were nearly back to normal. I can’t recommend Caroline enough!! She’s been a live saver, even before my pregnancy, when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I’ve been seeing Caroline throughout my pregnancy for the most amazing massages and reflexology. It has been such a worthwhile investment in my well-being and has helped enormously with the various aches, pains and less favourable symptoms of pregnancy. A must for other pregnant women!
