I’ve been going to Tiffany for a while now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly professional, yet so kind and friendly, making every appointment a pleasant experience. Even though I’m not local to the studio, I continue to follow her because I trust her service and expertise. She always makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job every time. I booked a 60-minute sports massage, but it only lasted 50 minutes, which was quite disappointing. The massage itself was mediocre—I've had much better experiences at other spas and clinics for the same price. Ambience: The setting was far from peaceful. If your room is near reception, you can hear almost every conversation happening in the clinic, making it hard to relax and unwind. Edit: Although my first massage here didn’t go as expected, the team made sure to rebook me, and this time I chose the Stratford location. My masseuse, Natalie, was exceptional. The massage room at Stratford is downstairs, making it quiet and relaxing. It was definitely one of the nicest sports massages I’ve had.

I had a really pleasant experience at Bodytonic! The physio sessions have been incredibly helpful, and I feel like I'm on a great path to recovery. My physiotherapist, Natalia, is doing an amazing job. The exercises she's given me are tailored specifically to strengthen the muscles I used to have issues with, and I can already see the results. I'm really happy with the progress so far! Huge thanks to Natalia for her expertise and dedication!

Ele is an outstanding Physical Therapist, her care and expertise have really helped support me through a challenging time. I have been incredibly impressed from her initial methodical and thorough assessment of my injury right through to the current course of care. Her empathic and caring manner make every visit a positive one. She has carefully reviewed my progress, adapting my care plan using her extensive knowledge and experience to ensure the best plan of action is set in place for my recovery. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care she has provided.

I visited this clinic for a lymphatic drainage massage on a couple of occasions. The service was excellent, it’s easy to book treatments inline and the clinic is clean, bright and well equipped. The clinic also provides osteopathy, physio, and beauty treatments as well as various types of massage! The clinic is just a short walk from Canada Water Station but it’s tucked away in a beautiful courtyard.
