Since learning the art of meditation in 2009, I have been supporting people in healing themselves through various wellbeing practices. I use different techniques which encompass Peace, Love, Harmony and Balance. I am a certified Mindfulness Practitioner. I am also a member of a professional holistic body, am insured and have a DBS.
