By the pen of Proprietor, Davinder Kaur -I am passionate about making a difference through complementary and alternative treatments. With over 15 years’ experience in delivering an exceptional, 5-star client experience through focusing on treatments, therapies within various spa and health clinic environment.
I have direct experience of seeing the positive effects of treatments - my interest to make change peoples lives led me to have more and more experience by working and learning alongside all new treatments and procedures to help populace through “live good, feel good” by working with number of world-renowned beauty brands along with managing and coaching my teams in beauty, complementary & alternative therapies and Ayurveda procedures.
My experience is extensive, performing, teaching, observing and witnessing that, how those complementary and alternative treatments can be a compliment way of relief for patients or to enhance general well being.

I am deeply committed to making a difference through complementary and alternative therapies. I have direct experience of the positive effects of treatments. My desire to make a difference in people's lives led me to gain more research-based experience and qualifications while working and living my passion as a profession. My enthusiasm to learn about ancient and natural healing practices drove me to pursue college/university degrees in complementary treatments, and I achieved the highest grade in my aromatherapy and reflexology level 6 intensive degree course, which I passed with distinction.
I have been performing treatments for many years and training therapists in colleges and academies, clinics, and spas (s). My certifications were obtained through the most difficult levels of teaching, examinations, case studies, and external examiners observing us every three months.
It is important to note that I am a registered Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC, UK) practitioner and researcher for complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) for over 15 years and have witnessed how people are increasingly combining CAM with orthodox medical therapy. I am deeply convinced by direct experience of seeing the positive effects of these treatments. I have been treating my customers holistically for many years and have many wonderful scenarios that I have researched and gained experience from.

I have over 15 years of experience in the industry by working hands-on and managing various health Spas. I have completed 5 degrees from numerous UK Universities/institutions, with complementary and alternative therapies at the core, ranging from NVQ L2 & 3, Foundation Degree, BA (Hons), MA International Spa Management, Advanced Teaching, and MA in Teaching - all in the same subject’s specialism.

My career has evolved from a mobile therapist, to salon therapist, salon supervisor, spa therapist, spa head therapist, manager, director and a consultant. My career history has repeatedly resulted in me transforming organisations, increasing revenue and growth, enhancing services and improving reputation and brand, this was paramount in my previous role where I was selected to adopt duty management control for whole hotel business at times.
I have gained extensive recognition for my successes which include developing the entire spa environment involving employee recruitment, training and leadership, marketing strategy implementation as well as the introduction of all procedures and during my time at Harvey Nichols where I successfully developed and presented a robust spa service. My career has also evolved to include a high level of training, mentoring and lecturing on beauty therapy and spa management.
As well as operating as a Spa Manager and Director for various establishments, my career has evolved to include a high level of training, mentoring and lecturing on beauty, complementary and alternative therapies and spa management with roles held at The Maltings College in Halifax, Salma’s Hair and Beauty Academy in Batley and Freelance at Protocol; these roles included curriculum management, lesson planning, resourcing, schemes of work composition and delivery across anatomy, physiology, theoretical principles and practical sessions and sessions on providing a high quality of customer service and repeat custom.
