Craniosacral Therapy is a fundamentally respectful mode of treatment that aims to encourage and assist really fundamental biological self-recovery forces in the body.  Treatments are fully clothed, and there is no manipulation.  I have been practising Craniosacral Therapy since 1994, and have clinics in Norwich and Wymondham, Norfolk.

I worked for about 1 year on a complementary (palliative) care project on the cancer ward of the N&N hospital; and as a result have substantial experience easing the symptoms of scar tissue/adhesions and trauma arising from medical procedures, as well as trauma and scar tissue from all kinds of accidents.

I started to treat babies and new mothers in 1999 and feel it’s an amazing privilege to be able to improve the quality of the first few weeks and months of someone’s life – which has a profound influence on the rest if their lives.

I have been applying intra-oral treatment of the structures of the face for over 20 years.  This has many applications including relief of chronic facial discomfort after wisdom tooth extraction.

After practising CST about 10 years I realised most people coming into my clinic had embodiment issues – particularly when dealing with chronic pain.  Since then I have also specialised in the treatment of somatic trauma, including central (pain) sensitisation.  I have also helped many people suffering from a wide range of conditions including many pain-related issues. I can also provide online/zoom sessions (and run 1-day workshops) to train you how to manage your sensory nervous system according to its biological (as opposed to social!) rules.  This has application in recovery from all kinds of trauma and chronic pain.

All treatments for physical issues last up to 1 hour.  Somatic process work may need a little longer.
