My name is Solange and you can call me Sol.
My journey in complementary therapies started like you, looking for a more natural way of self-care and I found the Bach Flowers to be my first contact.
I fell in love with the flower essences and how the energy of the flowers subtly led me to better understand my moment, my emotions, and my way of thinking.
After a few years I found Reiki therapy and from client I became a teacher after a few years of studies.
I trained in the Western Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki since 1999, working with three different teachers over a period of 3 years to attain master teacher/level 3-Shipinden in 2002.
As I considered myself an eternal student, Reiki guided me through the years until I found myself a yearning to go back, as far as possible, to the original foundations of Reiki and sought out the tradition Usui Teate Reiki system and Jikiden Reiki, here in the UK.
The time flies and now it is 20 years of experience.
Today, I work as a Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, Flower essence practitioner working with Florais de Saint Germain (UK Ambassador) and Bach Flower, as well as the use of body language technique (as our body speaks our mind) with the use of essential oils, a technique developed by a Brazilian practitioner and teacher Andrea Darco, called Psycho-Aromatherapy as I am now UK Ambassador as well.

4 weeks agoI was recommended Reiki by my GP. I researched into the most qualified practitioner with a good deal of experience and I found Sol. When I arrived Sol welcomed me by name which I immediately felt at ease by and not just another customer . I felt a huge sense of ease and relaxed when with her. I know very little about Reiki or meditation but the session immediately made me want more. I was in the most tranquil space I have been in for as long as I can remember . My mind was clear and at ease and peaceful. My body relaxed and that night I had the best sleep I have had in years. I was a very active person until I was diagnosed fibro and RA, which is not under control. The joints that were sore seem to be settled and not tight and relaxed. My mind still peaceful. I found the whole experience really helped my emotional wellbeing as well as my physical pain and stiffness . I wasn’t sure what to expect but I went with an open mind. Sol wasn’t rushed and took her time and was interested in me and seemed to sense what I needed. It worked and I love it. I have had many massages across the world but without touching me Sol did far more . It was incredible . I would go so far as to say you need Sol in your life . In todays stresses and rushing about. I have even been practicing some of the breathing and recalling her words and re playing them in my mind and it’s so calming. I have loads going on right now which leaves me very busy without time and energy to do it but in this one session Sol has almost calmed my inner me and I feel so much better for it. I just can’t rate her high enough.

a year agoI have recently completed my level 2 Reiki. It was a wonderful day of learning, meditating and spirituality. Sol is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge amd understanding to share. The meditation was intense at times and I left feeling an awakening that I can't wait to build on. I can't thank Sol enough for all of her care and support, you are an inspiration Sol and I hope I get to meditate and learn with you again in the future xxx

a year agoI recently completed Reiki level 1 and I'm so glad I chose to learn with Land of Reiki and Aroma. The 1-1 sessions were relaxed and felt more like a meeting with a friend, where I was able to ask questions freely. Sol is very knowledgeable about the system of Reiki Healing and spiritual/universal law. I'll definitely be returning to complete my level 2 in the future. Thanks again Sol.
